it's acrylics! i'm allergic to oils because of the smell and pigments with heavy metals. i know it exists in some acrylic too but not as bad as oil paint.

Yep! It's fanart of a character named Frederica Sawyer, also known as Sawyer the Cleaner. She's from a manga/anime series called Black Lagoon! She works as a body disposal service and also does work as a bounty hunter/mercenary. She's one of my favorite characters from the series (^w^)
